And that’s a wrap!!! Another great year of ideas shared by our 2019 TEDxIdahoFalls speakers!
A huge thank you to all of our speakers, volunteers, performers, photographers, videographers, sound, stage and lighting teams, sponsors, organizers, caterers and of course our attendees who support us year after year! We will be posting the professionally edited videos hopefully no later than by Mid-April, so stay tuned so you can watch and share the talks that spoke to you personally!!!
TEDxIdahoFalls is an all-volunteer staffed, non-profit organization. Our event relies on the sponsorship of partners and general admission sales. Your ticket purchase helps cover hard costs such as the venue, printing, advertising, and helps us continue to bring enriched dialogue to the Eastern Idaho, Exposing, Exploring and Expanding the minds of our community.
TEDxIdahoFalls is proud of our 53 passionate speakers since our first event in 2014, with over 1,800 people attending our live events, nearly 4 million viewers online, and the dedicated group of volunteers that make it happen every year. We look forward to continue to share Idaho Falls’ ideas worth spreading.
What is TEDx?
In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TED has created a program called TEDx. TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. Our event is called TEDxIdahoFalls, where x = independently organized TED event. At our TEDxIdahoFalls event, TEDTalks video and live speakers will combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events, including ours, are self-organized.
